Trump-world was rocked yet again with the explosive revelation that key figures on Donald Trump’s legal team have quit a little over a week before the former President’s impeachment trial was set to begin. Two lawyers leading former President Donald Trump’s defense in his Senate Impeachment Trial have left the legal team a little over a week before the trial is scheduled to begin, according to a person familiar with the matter:
Butch Bowers and Deborah Barbier, two attorneys from South Carolina, no longer plan to represent Mr. Trump, the person said Saturday. The decision was mutual, the person said, declining to give a reason for the departures. The departures leave Mr. Trump in a difficult position with the trial set to open on Feb. 8. [WSJ]
These developments only intensify the question of how proactive and public former President Trump intends to be with respect to his trial. New York Times’ Maggie Haberman reports that Trump’s aids are gatekeeping the issue closely, and will likely not allow the President to take an active and public role. Meanwhile, Haberman reports that Trump’s former Chief Strategist and CEO of Trump’s successful 2016 campaign has rather different advice:

I absolutely LOVE War Room. I make it a point to watch it every morning. It is the place to get the real news about current situations. The raw news, not prettied up and tied with a bow. If you want reporters with manicured nails and designer haircuts, go to Faux News or some such. If you like your news still bloody and twitching, you go for Steve Bannon and his superlative crew of tell-it-like-it-is deep-digging newshounds. Bravo, Steve!
I am also a War Room junkie. That has become the only news program I watch religiously. It is the best. I love Raheem and Jack Maxey too and Steve always has the best guests.

They pride themselves on “tomorrow’s news today” and that is really true. I heard in detail last January about Covid. That’s how I realized, too, my elderly parents both had it at that very time, just nobody was aware yet.
Remember they have two shows in the morning and one at 5 EDT, daily M-F and one morning show Saturdays. I listen on Apple podcast so I don’t have to wait through commercials. But you can also watch it commercial free afterwards on Real America’s Voice app.
A MUST LISTEN for all, if you’re not. They will keep you way up to date also on all election fraud information in great detail. Plus the GameStop coverage has been fascinating this past week.
These days, with being retired and staying home much of the time due to COVID, I also love Raheem's National Pulse program at 3 p.m. And if one is tired of the manicured and silk-tied typical Enemedia reporters, there's always the distinctly and defiantly "casual" guys at Studio 6b later in the evening. They are like a collection of the snarky smart alecks that would sit in the back row of my classroom and crack up everybody else--until I shot 'em one of my patented "basilisk stares". One of those would stop a charging bull in his tracks. Sure worked on my towering ghetto denizens--whatever they had been doing besides listening and taking notes stopped immediately.

Steve is/was/and always will be a patriot. never fell for the legion of clueless here who attacked him constantly.
glad that Trump is finally hearing him again. Steve is 100% correct, Trump needs to go defend himself in front of the Senate. let his accusers try him face to face on national media. just make sure he has Secret Service close and he doesn’t turn his back.

Yes it’s on Rumble. I always watch it on Pluto or Real America Voice on my Roku steaming device. If you don’t have a Roku device I recommend it.
