It will be like Scalia only he won’t be dead. We will get up some Saturday morning, there will be a report the President has been taken to the hospital, news will be scant,and we will never see him again. Pelosi and the Cabinet will pull 25th by Saturday afternoon and Sunday. By Monday morn it will be President Kamala.

That’s an excellent point! Doesn’t everyone who signs those important legal documents have to be “of sound mind” ?
He is obviously not in sound mind when he signs the executive orders. If a will can’t be legally valid under similar circumstances, why are his executive orders legal and valid?
