I President Trump in full rights and authority of my position hereby declare a 30 day period of martial law contingent on a successful re vote of the Presidential election for the United States.
This election will be held in manner that ensures voting integrity and the absence of mail in voting. If this order is not complied with I declare any government formed to be illegitimate and lacking any ethical or moral of obedience by the American people.
I understand we are under rare and unique times in our country but the rule of law and our countries right to vote is more important than any one individual or party seeking power.

That’s the story I was reading and asking about earlier.
