Trump had to pretend he had GOP allies so as not to appear politically isolated. He never would have won either election if he told the truth that the GOP hates him as much as Dems do.

Lee was just fine with the constitutional rights of Trump and his supporters being trampled for 4 years.
Trump voters need to learn from the lesson Lee is teaching here and make a “value judgement” about the GOP. The GOP doesn’t support our “values.” Therefore, there is no need to be voting for them, either. Period.

He gave a lot of operational power to his daughter and her husband. They don’t strike me as committed MAGA people. More like Romney-Ryan Republicans if they’re Republicans at all
Trump had the popularity that could have been used to terrify GOP politicians into supporting him and agenda - or could have been used to replace them with MAGA people thru primaries. Instead he played along with the swampsters. They have now turned on him and he’ll be out of office in 16 days.

there is no such thing as deep state. it is a visible state with every politician in it.
Yea, big problem but he didn’t have much support from anyone, it’s a lot to ask one person to take out every member of both parties. I would have been ok if he didn’t support the creatures even if he didn’t endorse the challengers
