I have a friend who sends items from her post office in NY and I can count on one hand the issues she’s had in the past few months. She sends and we and others do not receive and they are not returned to her.
I think there is so much incompetence.
I think there’s a massive volume (472 million items a day) so even if the error rate of .01% that’s still gonna be a lot of stuff. Which is unfortunate, but that’s big numbers for you.
