Let’s see if the turnout is as high, if there are issues with the tabulations, or any other of the same issues that occurred in the presidential election happen again.
I don’t know if that law has ever been tested at the federal court level....but I would sue if I led by 12 votes and they yanked my office from me. I would urge my supporters to make it very uncomfortable for the person who stole my seat so that the fraud could never live in the district again.
They might let Tenney win it while stealing the Iowa seat.(Tenney is a woman after all and could be seen as malleable) A lawsuit though could mean discovery and discovery would mean recounts and recounts might show the over all fraud in the voting systems. Ironic if Pelosi’s fraudulent push to steal two seats might lead to the undoing of the entire election.
