Your corporate IT security doesn’t allow it, but laptops in general do allow this. It is entirely possible that the USB access to UL/DL wasn’t disabled on the laptop in question. Further, the referenced laptop seems to permit it, or the USB wouldn’t have been inserted

Is the laptop connected to the desktops there?

I think fraud was committed, but this is another GP article of BS.
It’s proof of nothing.
December 14th is less than two weeks away.

The only potential good to come of this, and other stories, is that voter security needs a serious overhaul.
