An excellent thing the Supreme Court may be able to do is suspend the voting by Electors another few weeks. That will give us time, which may be all we require.

The Constitution is clear that it is Congress that has the power to set the date when electors meet and vote.

Clause 4. The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
