The Constitution is clear that it is Congress that has the power to set the date when electors meet and vote.
Clause 4. The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.

Election day is not July 57th in the year of whatever pleases.
Back around November 6th or so, the Supreme Court warned all states (via the Court’s direction to Pennsylvania), that the states must know when ballots cross the election day threshold, and the states must record that on each ballot.
That includes: If a ballot has an unknown threshold date, then it has no date and is not valid.
IOW, the Supreme Court is telling everybody, there is an end date and time for elections.
But Pennsylvania defied Justice Alito.
Bash the Trump Team re Pennsylvania, but Pennsylvania is on thin ice.

I’m not sure if you mean overall cheating, or specifically on election night when the counting stopped in several states at the same time. Then when counting resumed Joe’s numbers started to skyrocket. If on election night, someone has mentioned that the signal was given by Fox when they called AZ for Biden prematurely. That was the trigger for The Plan to kick into action.
I have no idea, but have read that.
