Well, I’m not a judge, but I certainly consider them unconstitutional for 2 reasons:
1) No way to assure a PRIVATE VOTE...in other words no way to know if a person is being paid to vote a certain way, with someone (a harvester) standing over his shoulder while filling out the ballot. Go into a voting booth, whoever is paying you will NOT, for sure, know how you voted.
2) No secure chain of custody. Drop it in the mail...PO workers are, of course ‘blue’. So what happens in red areas...do they deliver votes they know will go against them, or perhaps, toss them? I don’t know of any reports of that...but NO ONE should have that power over whether a vote is recorded.
...but, since no one is seriously making the above arguments, I guess we lose.

There are very few people who would be able to force Mastriano to do anything. Former LT Colonel oversaw elections in Iraq. I think he is connected to intellegence via military. and he is a big dude.
In this case the whole mail in voting act 77 is being declared unconstitutional. It is interesting that the original house bill started as a change to the constitution to allow mail in balloting is still there and was passed. It needs to pass again and then be put to popular vote next year.

And the Pennsylvania State appellate courts are solidly Democrat and fiercely partisan.
The Democratic Legislature passed the bill allowing Murphy to send mail in ballots to all registered voters. Since they passed the bill Trumps team could not continue the suit. This was in the fall of 2020.Seems to me something that profound should have been on the ballot for all the voters to decide.
Actually Mike Kelly won and will lose the seat he won if they win the suit. How do we say integrity?

Technically, Mike Kelly won. Sean Parnell “lost” in the US House race, and one of the others “lost” in the PA House. The others are voters.
