It’s not clear to me who she’s representing. A lawyer can’t just go to court - the lawyer needs a client. If she’s not representing President Trump or the Trump campaign, who is her client in court?
We should know who her client is sometime next week, but if I had to come up with an answer before then, I would look at the congressional returns for someone who lost by less than 35,000 votes.
