If I were a young 40, i might be fooled..... but i’m not 40 and I look at this headline and know if they did it once. if hillary did it once... she’d do it again. and hidden in germany....well, of course. raided .. the Army had to raid the place to get the servers.? servers... mercy, hillary... not very original.

SO if we break the treaty rules, what’s Germany gonna do? Invade USA? Without enforcing powers rules are not worth the paper they are written on. All our judges have power because we have very strong armed law enforcement to enforce their rulings.
In this particular case is it possible that criminal evidence was presented to Germany and the server was asked to be extradited? That would be far easier on German pride than a German citizen grabbed by US military. After all it was just a little machine owned by a non-German firm.
The grabbed server may be just a piece of evidence to present to the linguini spine republican legislators in those 5 swing states in contention. It is only those legislators who can null and void the vote counts and appoint electors of their choice.
AG Barr can’t override results of election even if fraudulent. And neither will SCOTUS, with Roberts as chief.

After reading through the comments on this and other related posts many here on FR believe Germany would object to the US getting to the servers.
I would tend to believe that Germany would simply give the big OK to this based on nothing more than a good understanding of what MIGHT happen with JoHo in the White House.
Germany gets BIG bucks from the US and makes a lot of money off of US Service personnel.
If JoHo starts slashing the military Germany would lose big as well as their national security would be greatly diminished.
Germany does not have to let the US take the servers but to let them have access for analysis, yeah, I could see that happening.
As far as the military doing it, would you want the FBI in there?

Unfortunately, this looks like players from the alphabets and deep state groups playing CYA. Those servers will probably never see the light of day.
If Scytl is bankrupt, are there any court hearings on the disposition of their assets?
