These false ballots did not produce themselves. Who produced them? At this scale it must be a large operation.
Rumors are out there that around 500,000 ballots counted in various States several hours after the polls closed only had votes for the presidential race.
You figure that the participation rate from States with early voting plus an analysis of in voter turnout will give you a number you need to produce.
Depending on the starting time a person could maybe crank out 30 roughly every minute (With breaks for hand/finger stretches and rest) . That is 1,800 an hour and doing that for 6 hours will yield over 10,000 votes.
You can have a team of 10 people I which is not very large and easy to contain and not even have to bust your but to produce tens of thousands of ballots in a matter of hours.
