Yeah, he went beyond not wearing a mask, he threw caution to the wind. I don’t believe for a second that his behavior at the Rose Garden was a one time event. He was acting that way ALL the time, despite his obvious vulnerability to COVID.
I wonder if the lady he is hugging tested positive for COVID-19 also. Her body language in that picture looks like she’s trying to stay back.
