No, I’m not saying you could commit a crime by turning over a computer containing illegal pornography to authorities. They would commit a crime if they separately republished to the public arena any pictures or videos of Hunter Biden doing such a sick thing that are on the hard drive.

I believe there was at least one case where an ex-wife did download or put some kind of material like that on her ex-husband or divorcing husband’s computer but somehow she got caught.
