Rudy was right about the Chinese having this information and far more. According to this video, the CCP created much of it as part of a blackmail scheme and there's much more to come.
The accuracy of what he reveals that we've seen so far implies he's correct about what is to come out soon.

I saw but no idea how legit a document that was a summary of an interview with a Chinese national that said that Joe Biden gave Xi info on dissidents to local and kill them, including two Chinese generals (Zhang Yang and Fang Fengui and others).
