If his last name had been Trump, he’d have been on more magazine covers than Michelle Obama.
That looks to me like a staged photo. Maybe the person who took the photo stuck the crack pipe there and then took a photo.
It is hard to believe the pipe would stay in that position. That’s not how you use the pipe.
BUT- it is not hard to believe he was actually smoking crack. Just that this photo is implausible.
