This happens at regular intervals in Chicago: a mail carrier is found to have been ditching or stashing large quantities of mail. It usually happens because the carrier is lazy or overwhelmed or a thief. Of course now election fraud has to be added to the list.
Yep!! I was going to say it’s not like this doesn’t already happen regardless of elections.
