October 7 The good news they won't tell you
October 7, 2020 | Kevin Collins

Posted on 10/07/2020 6:57:47 AM PDT by jmaroneps37

This is a compilation of good news stories. Add to this that Susan Collins is down just 45/44 with a 4.4 MoE and the Court has ruled against all of the Democrats' voter fraud tricks - no late (after Nov 3) ballots will be counted - voter ID required and witness signature required for for mail-in voting - no ballot harvesting, plus general Republican enthusiasm Collins wins and Trump wins Maine.

Donald Trump: "I have fully authorized the total Declassification of any & all documents pertaining to the single greatest political CRIME in American History, the Russia Hoax." Twitter ^ | Oct 6, 2020 | President Donald J Trump

This means that President Trump has lost confidence in Durham and Barr.

Up to this point he has patiently waited for indictments that have not come.

I have believed in Durham and Barr. Nevertheless, the meaning of this move is very clear.

Maybe something will happen in April or so but Trump sees waiting as a mistake and I must agree.

Puerto Rico Gov. Wanda Vázquez Garced Endorses President Donald Trump

6 Oct 2020 Puerto Rico Gov. Wanda Vázquez Garced endorsed President Donald Trump for reelection in a Tuesday interview with Telemundo, urging Puerto Ricans living in the United States to vote for the president. The development comes after Vázquez was scheduled to campaign with President Donald Trump in Central Florida, but the event was canceled due to the president contracting the Chinese coronavirus.

Vázquez made the endorsement despite President Trump opposing Puerto Rican statehood, something the governor is in favor of. Puerto Ricans living on the island are ineligible to vote in November’s White House election.

Telemundo is CNN in Spanish and it has 2 million voting age viewers.

This is a very important endorsement that will of course nail down Florida but also help in many other places.

Supreme Court sides with Republicans in South Carolina dispute over mail-in ballots

Oct. 5, 2020 The Supreme Court on Monday night agreed with South Carolina Republicans and said mail-in ballots must contain a witness’s signature, something federal courts had said should be waived because of the coronavirus pandemic.

The high court made one concession, saying ballots already sent in without a witness should be counted. Tens of thousands of ballots have been sent to voters across the state.

This is a very big victory. It puts the highest court in favor of signed witness absentee ballots.

While it allows any mailed ballots not including a signed witness statement to be accepted for the two days after the posting of this decision, after that they will be rejected.

Republican lawyers will sue to kill all non- witnessed mail-in ballots and they will win.

Court blocks move to give voters time to fix early ballots

PHOENIX (AP) — A federal appeals court on Tuesday blocked a move that would have given Arizona voters who forget to sign their early ballot affidavits up to five days after the election to fix the problem.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals put a lower court ruling on hold as it considers an appeal from Republican Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich.

There was no indication the 9th Circuit would rule on the appeal before the Nov. 3 general election.

Democratic groups argued it was unfair for election officials to deny voters more time to fix the ballots. The groups argued that Arizona election rules allow county recorders five days after an election to have voters whose signatures don’t match those on file to come to the office and show they actually signed the ballot affidavit.

The same five days goes for people who arrive at the polls to vote in person but lack required identification. But the 9th Circuit’s order said Arizona’s use of Election Day as the deadline for voters to add missing signatures was reasonable “to promote its unquestioned interest in administering an orderly election and to facilitate its already burdensome job of collecting, verifying, and counting all of the votes in timely fashion.”

Another reminder that the Democrats have discovered they made a mistake by trying to force mail- in voting across America. The South Carolina US Supreme Court decision will merge with this and strike a major blow to Democrat voter fraud schemes across the country.

BTW This decision from the 9th Circuit would NEVER have happened before Trump poured six conservative judges into this Circuit.

It’s Official: Senate Judiciary Committee Schedules Hearings On Amy Coney Barrett SCOTUS Nomination

Oct 5, 2020

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell made good on his promise to schedule a formal hearing on Amy Coney Barrett’s nomination to the Supreme Court. On Monday, the Senate Judiciary Committee announced that Barrett’s hearing will begin on Monday, October 12, 2020, at 9 am.

“The Senate Committee on the Judiciary has scheduled a hearing on the nomination of the Honorable Amy Coney Barrett to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States to begin Monday, Oct. 12 at 9:00 am & continue through Thursday, Oct. 15,” the committee tweeted Monday, alongside an official statement and calendar item.

The hearing is set to last just four days before Barrett’s nomination is expected to be put to a committee vote. From there, Barrett’s nomination will go to the full Senate floor — and Republicans expect that Barrett will be confirmed by a straight party-line vote and on the court by November 1, just ahead of the presidential election.

The hearing will go on as scheduled so don’t let the media gaslight you into thinking they won’t.

Well I’m glad they are lying because everyday in Rasmussen, Trump seems to drop another point. He went from 53% last week to 44% this week.

I thought that was one of the polls we trusted. I guess not.

I don’t see what can have happened in a week for him to go from 53 to 44.

unless 10% of the country decided murdering babies is more important than anything else

exactly, there isn’t anything that could have caused him to go from 53 to 44% in a week

First it was the hysteria about the nomination; then two days later it was the hysteria about how awful Trump was at the debate; then two days after that it was he has covid and he is old, fat and may die. And if he doesn’t die well then it was he is insensitive to the 200,000 people who have.

The media has been in a complete melt down for over a week. It is affecting most of the polls; but it is temporary.

Most polls are poorly done; many are poorly done on purpose. They are a campaign tool, not a public service. Good pollsters (and there are several) say they never poll right after a crisis because the temporary results mislead. They try to wait for calm to poll if they are actually trying to get valid results.

Here is something I posted a little earlier today explaining why the New York Times polls are absolute garbage. And many of the other media polls are garbage too for various deliberate reasons.

According to the People’s Pundit pollster NY Times/Siena polls by Nate Cohen are factoring in a HUGE 30% (41 million) increase in voters (which has absolutely no chance of happening) in their polls. “That’s ludicrous; that has never happened.”

“In all of these polls what you see is that Trump is actually leading in a normal electorate, but these new voters are breaking so heavily for Joe Biden with the massive new voters predicted it turns Texas from Trump plus 8 to plus 2; it turns Georgia from Trump plus 8 to even; it turns Arizona from Biden plus 2 to Biden plus 8; and it turns Florida from a Trump lead to Biden plus 5.”

RE: plus general Republican enthusiasm Collins wins and Trump wins Maine.

Are there Congressional elections in Maine as well? If so, who’s leading?
