I think that this is wild speculation. Certainly change is coming, but I don’t think that anyone can predict in the way suggested by this article. Migration is only one of the variables that will be in play this year.
It’s a hell of an assumption that everyone moving from a blue state to a red state is Democrat. Makes more sense that it’s the opposite. The remaining red voters from blue states are seeking refuge.
