This is true but we are talking a presidential election here and I suspect the suits vs PA and Wisc will also be joined by a potential suit by the RNC vs Michigan for the the mail in ballot stall to count votes and will be given expedited special consideration by the SC

Previously SCOTUS has refused to hear PA appeals coming from Republican legislators.

The current Congressional district lines were drawn by the PA supreme court because the Ds didn't like the way Rs drew them.

Scotus refused to hear the case.

PA Supremes also ruled voter ID unconstitutional. I can't remember if that was appealed.
