>>This time we really have enough evidence to invoke the Logan act!<<

Too bad no one will.

Mark my sad words.

No one has ever been prosecuted using the Logan Act.

It should either be used or repealed.

The only Logan Act indictment occurred in 1803. It involved a Kentucky newspaper article that argued for the formation in the western United States of a separate nation allied to France. No prosecution followed.

The NYP leaked the crucial conversation between ex-Ukraine Pres Petro Poroshenko and then-VP Biden:
NOTE WELL Joe Biden actually says that he will work----as a private citizen-----with a foreign government official.

Poroshenko could be heard sucking up bigtime----praising Biden, saying the VP "played an
enormous role in bringing peace, and actually saving my country. This is my real feeling.”

Biden thanked Poroshenko for his kind words, then divulged some of his plans after his gig in the White House was terminated.

The sucking-up continued: “Well, you’re awfully generous. I don’t plan on going away. As a private citizen, I plan on staying deeply engaged in the endeavor in the Ukraine that you have begun and we have begun. At least that’s my objective, that’s my objective. But if I go beforehand, I’m worried that they don’t know enough, they will think I’m trying to game them. They will think I am trying to put them in a corner. They will question my motives in going before they are fully briefed."
