He probably doesn’t know where he’s travelling because he doesn’t set the schedule. This is not dementia. They just want to lower the bar so a debate win is just formulating sentences. Should know better than to fall for this trap.
You are both right. I travelled extensively in business and there were days on the road where I’d wake up in the hotel and didn’t have a clue where I was. Pre-Internet and smart phone, I’d have to pull out my printed itinerary to figure out where I was and where I was going the next day. Anybody who has travelled for business knows this.
That’s not to diminish how much of a wreck Biden is. Just watch the side-by-side videos of him in 2020 and five or ten years ago. He is a disaster.
