A St. Louis man started shooting inside a Family Dollar store after he was asked to leave for not wearing a facemask.
KMOV reported:
Employees at the Family Dollar store on South Jefferson in the Gravois Park neighborhood told Perry and his companion he had to leave the store because he wasn’t wearing a mask, the probable cause statement reads. Perry and his friend allegedly argued with store employees, insulted those employees and then threatened to “shoot up this place” before leaving the store.
When one person walked outside the store to make sure Perry and his friend were leaving the property, Perry pulled a pistol from his bag and fired at the victim, police said. The victim returned fire and hit Perry....

A guy I know manages a supermarket in a diverse part of town. And the store has a strict mask-only policy. I asked him how he enforces it. He looked at me like I was crazy. Then he said “I don’t.”
Can’t say that I blame him.

Locally, I have noticed that 98 percent of people who don’t wear masks where required are black. Nobody wants to tell them to put one on.

So the thug was out on “supervised release for drug and firearms crimes”. Seems like a large percentage of crimes and mayhem are committed by criminals either awaiting trial or allowed to walk early. We’d have a lot fewer victims if criminals were kept in jail during their sentences.

Are you seriously suggesting I take a stand against masks by threatening a store clerk with a gun?
To be in that area of St. Louis you have to be packing heat.
i wear the mask in order to help calm the minds of those folks who have been propagandized 24/7 about the virus
but if I ran a store I would never ever try to “enforce” a “mask policy” not in a million years
people have been stressed out by all of this .... i avoid any and all possible confrontations with people (most of whom are just fine in society and in stores during normal times)
Neck tattoos = thug with a likely long or soon to be long arrest record. Forehead tattoo = thug with a for sure arrest record. Unless I’m witnessing to them, I avoid them. And I have witnessed to them...gotta go where God leads.
