My Uncle used to say, ‘Beer. There’s a Sandwich in every can!’ ;)

My wife just bought a solar powered generator...she used my good credit for the Home Depot credit card...lol.

My daughter and I agree she's got way too much time on her hands, now that she's retired.

She also has purchased two survival packages of 100+ days worth of food, and we have 7-5 gallon bottles of water. Add to that at least 10 cases of bottled water we can't use, because she had it blessed by a priest after Mass a few weeks ago. I was there once...after Mass, the priest would sprinkle Holy Water, blessing cars inside and out, nearly all had cases of water to bless.

I'm a fan of EWTN, Fr. Bob Spitzer is a fellow alum from Gonzaga, but it's on virtually 24/7 in my house.

One good thing has come out of recent events: she dropped her objections to having a gun in the house. I bought a S&W 9mm, and my youngest son celebrated his HS graduation by purchasing a rifle.

There's a comedy skit waiting to be written, but publication would have to wait until after I died. lol, she'd kill me if she saw it while I was alive.
