Democrats and their leftist activist organizations are being proactive in their quest to keep the swamp as full and filthy as possible and to do that they have to make sure that undercover investigative groups such as Project Veritas cant operate within the state.
Oregon Democrats passed a two-party consent law making it illegal to record anyone in the state without their knowledge, but Project Veritas isnt giving up. Project Veritas CEO, James OKeefe, has struck up a lawsuit that seeks to change this law so that investigations can resume.
OKeefe was joined by attorney Ben Barr who announced the lawsuit was being filed in federal court and noted that Michigan had attempted the same draconian laws but Project Veritas was successful in overturning them.

Why is this banished to a "blog" while full-on lies from WaPo and NYTimes are deemed news?
More Oregon “news.”
The announcement by James O’Keefe.
It would have been illegal to record George Floyd’s demise if Minnesota had such a law.
Wouldn’t that ban any form of security camera system?
California also has such a ban.
The local rabble and politicians need to be scrutinized closely. They have no fear of the consequences when they lie. Only the video and audio recordings cut through the slime.
What could POSSIBLY go wrong when only government-approved stories, with government approved sources, can be reported???
So, Portland rioters are not allowed to record other people without their knowledge? So I can shoot someone and the video is inadmissible as evidence because it was obtained illegally?
If you’d like to be on the Oregon ping list, please freep mail me.
That’s not the purpose of the law. It’s one of those “selective” laws.

I was at a ball game last year. Cheering and booing along with about 35,000 other people. We were heard on the game broadcast. I think I’ll sue since nobody asked my permission to be recorded.
