If I understand Mr. Blackmon correctly, he may not have understood the purpose for the lockdown. The purpose of PDJT’s early, successful lockdown was not to stop the spread of SARS-CoV-2, but to keep limited medical services from being overwhelmed with COVID-19 victims at the cost of COVID-19-related deaths going through the ceiling.
