For what it’s worth, I totally agree with you. It’ entirely within his power to make HCQ available to doctors to use at their discretion. Doctors and their patients need to be given access to the HCQ treatment. The president took the drug so everyone else should have that choice.

HCQ is already available to all doctors.
It’s the states that prevent its use. Plenty of states have chosen to not block those drugs from use against COVID. Texas is one that had a medical body briefly block HCQ use, then doubled back and allowed them again. That was not a federal issue.
