"I’m not sure he could do an EO for that, or that if he could and did and someone still died, that he might be held liable legally for their death"

Trump would not be prescribing treatment to anybody. He would simply give doctors across the country the right to do that themselves. He could sign an executive order allowing patients the right to request that it be used. The point is to remove the ridiculous roadblock that has resulted in more people dying than should have.

I still don’t know that he has the ability to override state health officials. There is no provision in the Constitution that affords him that authority, even by EO. But you can guarantee that the Democrats would still find a way to make him liable if and when they take over. You are still under the misconception that we still reside in a nation governed by laws. How quaint.

Again, don’t be an idiot, Sham.

You are talking about a “law.” That requires Congress to pass.

Congress and the President pass “laws” which cover all Americans.

Singly, the President can only make demands of those under his employment.

Doctors already have the right to prescribe.

Again, it’s the states taking those rights away. Many states haven’t blocked their doctors, Sham.
