Cultural suicide used to be a popular diagnosis of why things suddenly just quit.
Historians such as Oswald Spengler and Arnold Toynbee cited social cannibalism to explain why once-successful states, institutions and cultures simply died off.

Learn to MAKE, BUILD, REPAIR or DO something, Kids! You cannot go wrong with a Tech College degree!
I love it when Socialists destroy and eat their own. :)
Hollywood doesn’t need to make another movie or show. The old ones are much better.
The Gods of the Copybook Headings must be looking on with eager anticipation right about now.

Good real life skills to have anyways, especially if TSHTF.
I concur, the older movies are the only ones I even watch anymore.
Excellent article! I’ve been saying the same for a some time now but Victor Davis Hanson said it so much better than I could have.
Another to add to the list is the fake news media — CNN, MSNBC, NYT, Washington Post, etc. They cannot be losing their credibility any more quickly.
That’s the truth!
