Roberts is just mad that people call him a Bush judge when in his heart he’s an Obama judge.
Unfortunately MANY HERE agree with Roberts that there is ‘no difference’ between Democrat-appointed judges and Republican-appointed judges - since they continue to say they prefer RINOs (who still vote for 99% of Republican judges) LOSE in November elections to Democrats (who vote close to 0% for contested Republican judges).
...so why make fun of Roberts when MANY HERE agree with him.

While he’s certainly no Scalia or Thomas, you might want to first check on his overall voting record compared to Obama’s judges...and get back with us.
Whatever it is they’ve got on Judge Roberts (sketchy adoption or otherwise), I wish they’d release it.
They will eventually.
Until then, he’ll continue to vote with the likes of SodaCracker and Kagen.
Since there are many cases that go to this court, many, as in the case of various legislature, do not have a big impact.
On those occasions where following the Framers constitutional intent - Such as the Tenth Amendment, and the ruling on OBAMACARE Being a TAX - chief PIRATE roberts is following in the footsteps of LENIN, MARX ans Stalin
We will wait on some additional Second amendment issues before the courts - BUT for now

Roberts is an Obama judge. Even if Obama didn’t pick him.
He is a pompous lightweight, the kind of fool who wears his glasses on the tip of his nose.
My guess is that Roberts was associated in some way with the Epstein and co, at this point.

Ok, I think we’re on the same page - which is that anyone who considers Roberts no better than Democrat judges is an idiot.
You may not remember Souter as the polemicists who destroyed the TAKINGS clauses of the constitution - It is seminal decisions that change the country - OBAMACARE as a TAX and not a COMMERCE clause decision falls into that SEMINAL change the country - certainly during our lifetimes (Possibly WAY into the future)- into something other than a REPUBLIC
