This systemic racism trope — the “salt in the wound” that the marxist agitators have been rubbing into the US polity since the 1920’s is just another lie. The most appropriate term is SYNTHETIC RACISM.
Also... we have to stop talking about groups — Black lives matter vs All lives matter. We must emphasize the individual... EACH LIFE MATTERS!
The only “systemic racism” is the constant use by some to use race to divide us.
The word systemic is used in order to disallow any solution aimed at repairing or fixing. A systemic problem is only addressed by radical means - by destruction and total replacement.

THEIR shtick is to lump everyone together into one huge mass of undifferentiated ‘being’.
That makes it so much easier for them to control the population.
Also, if we are all one ‘mass’, Liberals can easily describe how we are cheated, exploited, betrayed and underserved by the ‘government’. It is THE lie most greedily gobbled up by the ‘masses’. For ME-I am and will die an individual... I owe NO ONE and so I'm owned by NO ONE.
The only systemic racism I have seen in this country is how all the minorities get special treatment after they make sure that everyone knows they are minorities.
I check the “white” box and am ushered quickly to the end of the line.
Let's see, we have black doctors, black lawyers, black brain surgeons, black mayors, black governors, black military generals, black fighter pilots, black airline pilots, black police chiefs, black police officers, black fire fighters, black professional athletes (making millions of dollars), we have government approved racial prejudice in FAVOR of blacks for college admissions, hiring, promotions, and we had a black president for two terms. Now, just which system has this "systemic" racism?
Oh, and by the way, you'll never end discrimination by discriminating.
Confront these A Holes & ask them about the racism in Zimbabwe......
Forget Zimbabwe. What about the racism in South Africa?!
They are killing whites at a level that, if they were killing black, the KKK would be green with envy.
