Agree. The way I explain it is; I’ve had a fire extinguisher laying on top of the kitchen fridge for over twenty years and have not had a need to use it yet. However, this doesn’t mean I’m going to do away with the extinguisher.

Hope you’ve had that fire extinguisher serviced. If not, you might yet just need it and not have it afterall.
