The media feel the need to downplay the economy to make Trump look bad, after slamming W for "trying to talk down the economy" in 2000, and then trying to build it up for 0bama's horrible 8 years of "shovel ready jobs" that never materialized.

My wife’s sister an her husband just put their house on the market in a community west of Chicago. It’s a “for sale by owner”. They listed it at a reasonable price.
It is now in the middle of a buyer bidding war. :)
