I wonder if any of those counties where wineries are not allowed to be open border the Napa Valley and have popular wineries.
I'm more of a Finger Lakes winery person myself.

About four hours West of the Finger Lakes. Lots of nice wineries in Lake Erie’s microclimate of North East Ohio.

PlumpJack used to own the Carneros Resort and Spa, near the city of Napa.
