Riker’s Island is the NYC jail. Since she is in federal custody in the Southern District of New York, she is most likely at the Metropolitan Correction Facility in lower Manhattan — which is the same place where JE died from assisted suicide.

If anything "tragic" happens to Maxwell, I would guess it happens (or is first reported) late on a Friday or early on a Saturday.
Fox Business needs to send in Maria Bartaromo to interview her now, while she’s still alive. Cut a deal so she can spill the beans!
That thought has crossed my mind, also. I note, however, that PDJT fired Geoffrey Berman as the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York less than two weeks ago and suddenly Maxwell is indicted. I have to wonder whether Berman was sitting on the indictment to protect the deep state and powerful, mostly liberal politicians, knowing that if Maxwell sings, the democrats are going to look like the perverts that they are in what otherwise might have been a close election for POTUS. Indeed, if I recall correctly, shortly after Epstein committed assisted suicide, both Barr and our President reassured the victims that the fight for their justice would not end with Epstein's demise.

That might be true. However, I still can’t understand why she didn’t leave the county. She could of guaranteed never to get arrested. Instead, she hid out like a hermit in a small town where she was never seen.
If she did not fear arrest, than she feared for her life. Plus, the government said it knew exactly were she was the whole time. Was she under their protection? Is that why she didn’t leave the county?
It’s weird, and like everything in this case, there are more questions than answers.

Hell, our authorities can't keep typically quite docile concrete statues from hanging themselves.
