Vanity: My Company Supports the "Equality Act"

Well the company I work for, a top 10 bank, just posted an item on the company's intranet site saying the company supports "The Equality Act". It claims "there is absolutely no place hate and discrimination of any kind". I guess that if I am concerned about women sports and religious freedom I am a "hater". The most ridiculous thing is the company claims "no one should ever fear live in fear for who they are". Yeah right, I know what would happen if I state I am opposed to the "Equality Act".

I’m fairly sure The Equality Act allows men identifying as women to compete in women’s sports. Just one of its many provisions. There might even be punishments for using the wrong gender pronouns.

There is already a video of Biden saying that if the Equality Act is passed, he will have Christians classified as terrorists and put under federal surveillance.

Support the initiative, document, document, document, and if you are a Christian or non-PC entity, start exercising your beliefs loud and clear then point to the documentation of the initiative if individuals raise a stink. Research lawyers too and put them on speed dial if pressured by management. Always make “your betters” live up to the Spirit and “law” of the proposals they create.

Meanwhile, the California legislature just took the first step to remove the provision in the California constitution that bans government discrimination.

Then I strongly suggest you don't express your opinion on the act. Don't like your company's policies? Then quit. Otherwise shut up about it.

That would be discrimination and hypocrisy (Which other people will eventually start to pick up). Problem is, too many rational people apologize instead of pushing on.

Also, as a lawyer, push back against a corporate entity then they will do a cost/benefit analysis and settle out of court. You push back, they usually fold.

What this really means is everyone must be forced to indulge the delusions of those who reject their own biology.
