Hardly just the state of New York.
The Department of Veteran’s Affairs (shocking, I know) quit putting out meaningful numbers after they topped 1500 deaths. Their hospital have locked patients down, refusing them even the honor of seeing their fallen comrades off — a continuation of our national disgrace in treating our veterans, and the final insult to the last of the Greatest Generation, whose final numbers are disappearing before our eyes.
