Someone please explain how describing someone as honey badger is relevant, what does it mean?

honey badger's don't back down against anything. They will keep fighting no matter the odds against them. We know Barr has arrested +100 protesters so far as of yesterday. They're arresting city council and Deputy Mayor in LA CA.

Here is an example of a honey badger

Honey badgers are notorious for their ferocity. They are like an African form of a wolverine. Nothing scares them. Despite weighing only 25-35 pounds, honey badgers are known to have taken kills from leopards and lion prides (like wolverines have been known to run off wolf packs and polar and brown bears from kills). Something really unnerving to predators about a fearless pint-size bully.

"... what does it [Honey Badger] mean?"

I'm not sure what kind of badger we have in our area, but a friend years ago described his encounter with one.

He was driving down a rural road and saw a badger. He decided he could use a badger hide so he grabbed a club, got out of his truck, and approached the badger. The badger immediately attacked and drove him back into his truck. My friend suddenly decided that he didn't actually need a badger hide.
