I do think this is to feed the ego (hers). I think she truly believes that her culture is evil and part of the problem. I think she believes she is enlightened because she recognizes it, which makes her good. I also think that she believes the only way other cultures can thrive is for her’s to recede. This is the ultimate form of patronizing. It is still the white man’s burden to uplift the “lesser” races. The prescription has just changed. Ultimately this is possibly the most grotesque thing I think I have seen. The civilizational equivalent of a martyr complex. Worse still because to be a martyr at least normally you have to suffer. Here you get to enjoy the benefits that other members of your civilization are work diligent to expand and provide, while decrying their efforts and being smug self satisfied at your own superiority."

Oooooooohhhh! I used to love getting into these sorts of public arguments. I would have torn into her stupid @$$, and she would have very much wished she hadn't said something so stupid. :)

There are NO "native American Indians."
Genes don't lie and they are ORIENTAL ASIANS. They DID arrive on this continent a long, long time ago but they were NOT native.
Nor were they the FIRST people here.

The first people here were Caucasians and the anthropologists know that from the shape of skulls found where the FIRST people were. Those people hunted the mammoth elephants. They dug pits and drove the beasts into the pit.
Then the men had to kill the beast. SOMETIMES the beast killed on of them. Thus, their remains.
Their skulls were OBLONG. ALL Oriental Asians have ROUND skulls. There were NO round skulls there...only OBLONG ones.

Africans have oblong skulls too but they didn't have the means to travel over the oceans between them and North America. So that left the only other group of humans--Caucasians. They were already in Europe and they crossed the arctic bridge and entered the North American continent.

The REAL Indians are CAUCASIAN ASIANS...no feathers, no paint...though the Sadhus [VERY, VERY strange "holy men."] could be have almost any paint or decoration on them...MAYBE even feathers.
