Rice has been moving from the inane to the insane in her press statements. And her involvements with Madeline Albright (of all people), HilLIARy, Obama (the kiss of death) and JFWarHeroKerry....plus the Libya invasion fiasco and destabilization of Syria into the bloody mess it now is......are all reasons Biden cannot realistically even consider having her anywhere near his campaign.
Result: Biden has advisors who will steer him to select someone far less poisonous to his candidacy.

Interesting way to pick the “best” person for the job. If Black Americans are 12% of the population, Black females are 6% of the population. You’re ignoring 94% of the qualified population to figure out who is “best” in only that 6%.

The Biden VP pick is irrelevant, the election is swinging to, and going to Trump and the American people.

Harris has a tendency to let her mouth and her past get her into trouble. On top of that, her demeanor is strange. She acts like a slut. Even SNL picked up on it.
Rice may be a liar, but she is lying for the party and the Liberal cause and that will be seen as a strength, not a weakness.
She is a weak link in the various investigations going on. If she were a candidate, she could claim some sort of immunity to being scrutiny as Biden whined when his son and he were exposed as the crooks they are.
