I see a day in the life of Joe Biden going this way. They wake him up around 7:30 am. They shower him, and dress him. Then he's fed breakfast and given his Aricept, He's handed a script and told what it says and is asked to read it out loud several times.
Then he is taken by the hand and escorted to the basement bunker where he holds forth:
Joe Biden's malfunctions are not a one off occurrence.

If elected, Joe Biden will not be the true President. He will treated as he is- a dementia affected elderly person.

For those who are unfamiliar, it typically for dementia and Alzheimer’s.

Other than what is for breakfast that was every day of obozo’s political life.
A useful portrait of Biden’s inconstancy and decline could be made of video clips, first of a vigorous, if stupid, Biden 20 years ago — even 5 years ago — declaiming some position, then clips of today’s Biden struggling to spew a sentence stating the opposite position.
He probably needs a teleprompter to take a pee.
A good question to any of the Democrats you might meet would be “If Biden is elected, then who would be president?”

Biden gets elected.
Congress invokes the 25 Amendment one month after inauguration due to dementia.
Biden leaves office and enters top quality nursing home.
VP becomes president.

Can’t wait for PDJT to clean Biden’s clock on the debate stage.
Creepy Joe will shout, “I’m gonna beat you up like I did with Corn Pop!!”
Dems will demand debates be cancelled for COVID reasons.
Biden can win all the debates for all I care. The election is what he must lose if he makes it that far.
From a sample of one (mother-in-law), I'd say it isn't particularly effective, and more importantly, whatever benefit it has is of short duration.
Joe Biden will hide in the basement surrounded by his handlers until election day. His handlers know a debate with Trump would be fatal on election day.
The democrats real canidate is whom the DNC selects (not Joe’s selection) as they all know full well withing a year he will resign due to mental deterioration.
If Joe wants to debate Trump this is great as Joe will be destroyed. If Joe will not debate Trump he should insist the only debates will be between him and the Democrat Vice President selection as he or she or black or white is the real candidate.
Someone behind the scenes pulling Joe's puppet strings. This is an excellent way to carry out a hidden agenda without the country knowing the details.
Like a Valarie Jarrett or even Obama himself. Joe won't know whether he's coming or going so he'll think he's VP again.
Joe was never considered an intellectual even in his prime. It didn’t take much to send him to the dictionary to look up the meaning of a multi-syllabic words or to the Encyclopedia Britannica to plagiarize a term paper. But to see him today, one can only wonder where they are hiding his drool cup and the lobotomy scar.
