Sure she will! The Dems are already saying that Biden’s VP will have to be capable of assuming the Presidency from day one.

I dunno. After the 2008 humiliation of losing to Obama, she accepted becoming his Secretary of State. I think she would accept VP for Biden, then immediately start plotting his Arkancide (if she hasn't already).
