America, as a society, is evil. Others are, of course. But the US has been uniquely influential in modern history. And this society has the blood of 70MM innocent lives on its hands while also destroying the sanctity of family and marriage. I certainly don’t speak for the Ruler of all nations or pretend to know His mind, other than what He has expressly written. I won’t engage in “prophecy speculating” like some such as John Darby have done, twisting figurative language to gain a following. But from reading books like Nahum that pronounced the end of the Assyrian military and economic hegemony due to its blood lust, and accounts of other other nations being destroyed due to their rampant immorality and godlessness, and the lists of things He has plainly said are an abomination to Him, I have to wonder if it’s our time now to rot and weaken from within... before the final end of this country. We’ll see.
You might want to include the Apostles Paul and Jesus Himself in the “Prophecy Speculating” department.
