Defund the police? A great idea. Just think how much can be saved? If we don't have police- we don't need judges, courts , defense attorneys, jails, and prisons. According to the History Channel series on Grant, which I just finished watching last night, McClellan’s negotiations would have included recognizing the CSA and returning all freed slaves, thereby turning all USA citizens into slave catchers for the CSA.
