President Trump should announce a Marshall plan for the rebuilding of businesses across the country that were ravaged by riots. Maybe with one stipulation: a requirement that they carry insurance. I’m not talking about Target or Apple or Macy’s or Nieman Marcus. I’m talking about mom and pop businesses with smashed store fronts and looted inventory.
I agree with your statement but I have one point of contention. These lockdowns have closed at leas a hundred thousand small businesses. How many will never come back is yet to be determined, it is a grim number
I’m as concerned as you are that this good jobs report isn’t going to look so good after the riots.
