My wife has absolutely no interest in politics. She's cynical about both parties and unwilling to entertain the notion that anyone on the political scene is honest or means well. We have no TV, so she really has no awareness of politics at all.
This morning she saw a facebook post from a friend. Her friend said -- get this!!! -- that the COVID-19 virus may actually have originated in a bioweapon lab in Wuhan China! Can you believe it?!?!
I said, "I told you that months ago. Everyone already knows that."
She said, "You and your weird friends on the internet. No one else knows. It's not on the news. I don't know how my friend found out."
“She said, “You and your weird friends on the internet.”
Or as my wife would say - “You just heard that on Rush Limbaugh!”
