Minneapolis is a RAT city run by RATS and occupied by RATS. RATS in the US are not interested in justice. They are interested in power. They use their power to suppress freedom. They attack innocents in order to keep their power and to spread fear. “Look what will happen to you if you don’t do what I want ...” President Trump is well versed in the lengths to which RATS in power will go.
If I were Trump would focus on the Democrat-supporting police unions - explaining their place in the party’s political empire and the lengths to which they will go to keep their own bad apples from being weeded out. Establish the meme and it can be applied to many of these events.
