By: BNJ Editor and Chief At Large I did not create the BNJ for profit. The BNJ informs and is therapeutic. My desire is to publish both sides of an issue from a neutral perspective. The mendacity of the national media is frustrating me to no end, as I assume it is doing the same for you. The BNJ is an outlet for our frustration. We can reach 100 or 1000 people. That makes a difference and you can help.
The BNJ is not right or left. It presents both sides. I don’t want to turn off either side. My aim is to educate both sides on what each is saying; hopefully, there will be a better understanding between us. Whatever the site does for us it is worth staying off the psychologist couch.

Factual reporting from them tends to be quite rare and slanted to scare and justify further controls. A recent CNN report on masks quoted Dr Birx saying the test prove a mask can stop the spread of droplets and we should wear one when we cannot social distance ourselves from others. CNN then reports “But some Americans have resisted wearing a face covering, arguing that adhering to mask wearing rules feels like a forfeiture of their freedoms.” While I understand that sentiment I also wonder; Why must I wear a mask when I go outside and maintain my social distances from the sick and possibly vulnerable folk?? If I am asymptomatic wouldn’t wearing the mask tend to concentrate the virus around my nose, mouth and eyes increasing the concentration of the virus in my system as I re-breathe it, as opposed to expelling it to die in the air and sunshine?? It should be stressed that approximately 94% of the positive cases fully recover with the majority of those not being hospitalized...
