i don’t own a restaurant, but I will GO to the first one anywhere near me that defies “orders’ from the mayor and governor.
And i don’t plan on getting another haircut at a speakeasy :)

A bunch re-opened in my state last week to outdoor dining only, no indoor dining allowed. Several have installed massive “wedding” sized tents to provide shade and protection from the weather, which defeats the “no indoor dining” rule from the state if you ask me.
However, you have to wear a mask from the door to the table, I guess since has proven the virus won’t spread while eating only while walking to/from the table.
Every restaurant in my county is open. Well, those that survived anyway.
And I’m in CA where there is a county by county approach.
